Privacy
Short version: we keep your email, your bids and the images you upload. We do not sell any of it. Last updated 09/16/2026.
What we collect
- Email address, to sign you in and to send you outbid, won, proof and payout emails.
- Bids and payments: amounts, spots, times. Card details never touch our servers; Stripe handles them.
- Images you upload as a sponsor, and photos and proof a star uploads.
- Board details a star gives us: name, handles, event, category, prices.
- Page views per board, as a count. We do not track who viewed.
What is public
A published board is public: the star’s name, handles, photos, spots, prices, and the images and display names of sponsors holding spots. Sponsor emails are never shown. Preview boards are private to whoever has the link.
Who else sees it
- Stripe processes payments and refunds.
- Mailgun delivers our emails.
- Supabase hosts the database and files, in the EU.
- Vercel hosts the site.
- The star sees the display name, image and paid amount of each sponsor on their board, not the email.
No advertising networks, no data brokers, no selling.
Cookies
One sign-in cookie, one cookie that remembers which preview boards you may edit. No tracking cookies.
How long
Bids and payments: 7 years, for tax and dispute reasons. Images: until the round is over plus 90 days, or until you delete them from My spots. Account email: until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at hello@anyspot.fun. We answer within 30 days. Payment records we must keep by law stay, everything else goes.
